9:20 a.m. - 9: 35 Devotions in the chapel

9:45 a.m. - 11:15 “How to be your own best healthcare advocate!” Panel 

11:30 a.m. - Bar B Que lunch catered by Imri Bowman

“How to be your own best healthcare advocate!” Panel members will include 4 senior service providers from a variety of fields and with a long history of service. They will provide you with tips and tricks on navigating medical challenges.  Stephanie Smith, president, and Cristy Hansen, Vice President, of ‘Senior Advocate’ of Hampton Roads will moderate our panelists as they present information and answer your questions. Note this is 1 ½ hours and takes the place of optional workshops this day.

$5.00 fee to attend both Day 3 and Day 4.
